About the role

Own CrunchAtlas's go-to-market from end to end. Build the strategy, close deals, and establish the partnerships and channels that will carry the company into its next phase of growth. This is a hands-on commercial leadership role reporting directly to the founders.

What you will do

• Define target segments, ideal customer profile, pricing approach, and sales motion, then own the plan and execute it.
• Build and manage a pipeline of utility, government, and critical-infrastructure accounts from first call through signed contract.
• Develop strategic relationships with integrators, resellers, technology partners, procurement vehicles, and industry associations.
• Build repeatable processes for discovery, demonstration, proposal, and close.
• Represent CrunchAtlas at utility, NERC, NATF, NEUCIC, and industry events.
• Stay close to early customers through deployment and expansion.
• Recruit the first sales hires and build the commercial function as the company grows.

What we are looking for

• 7+ years of B2B sales or business-development experience, including meaningful time in cybersecurity, critical infrastructure, utilities, or government.
• A demonstrated record closing complex enterprise deals in long-cycle, multi-stakeholder, high-trust environments.
• Experience building or significantly contributing to go-to-market strategy at an early-stage or growth-stage company.
• Understanding of OT/ICS environments, NERC CIP compliance, or utility operations, or the ability to get there quickly.
• Credibility with compliance officers, security engineers, utility leaders, and procurement teams.
• Existing relationships in New England or broader U.S. utility and government markets.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.

Nice to have

• Experience selling NERC CIP compliance or OT security solutions.
• A network within EEI, AWWA, APPA, or similar utility associations.
• Familiarity with GSA Schedule, NASPO ValuePoint, sole-source, or similar procurement paths.
• Experience at a Series A or pre-Series A company.

About the role

This is a technical sales role, and both words matter equally. Work alongside sales to demonstrate CrunchAtlas on-site, understand customer networks, answer technical questions, and help take opportunities across the finish line.

What you will do

• Travel to prospect and customer sites to conduct live demonstrations using network traffic such as PCAP, NetFlow, and CSV.
• Perform site surveys and network assessments in support of the sales process.
• Join customer calls, answer technical questions, and build credibility with security engineers and IT staff.
• Map network topology, compliance requirements, and operational pain to a clear CrunchAtlas proposal.
• Support proof-of-concept deployments and guide customers through initial findings.
• Respond to technical questions in RFPs, questionnaires, and due-diligence reviews.
• Feed field observations back to product and leadership.

What we are looking for

• 1–4 years of cybersecurity, networking, IT, technical sales, or support experience, or equivalent internship and project work.
• Working knowledge of TCP/IP, VLANs, firewalls, packet capture, and traffic analysis.
• Basic familiarity with threat detection, endpoint and network security, and common attacker techniques.
• Confidence explaining technical concepts in customer-facing settings.
• Willingness to travel regularly to customer facilities, including industrial and utility environments.
• Strong organization, follow-through, and self-direction.

Nice to have

• Exposure to OT/ICS environments, SCADA systems, or industrial networking.
• Familiarity with NERC CIP or other critical-infrastructure frameworks.
• Experience with Wireshark, Zeek, Suricata, or similar network-analysis tools.

Build the core intelligence layers of CrunchAtlas: behavioral systems that analyze network traffic and agentic workflows that guide operators through investigation and response. This is applied AI for constrained, high-stakes environments, including edge hardware with no internet connection.

What you will do

• Develop and refine behavioral systems that identify adversary activity in PCAP, NetFlow, and CSV data.
• Extend agentic workflows that produce structured threat intelligence and guide operator response.
• Build and optimize inference pipelines for on-premises and air-gapped environments.
• Map detected behavior to MITRE ATT&CK tactics and techniques.
• Build data-ingestion, processing, feature-engineering, training, and inference infrastructure.
• Transform detections into operator-ready reports with severity, evidence, and context.
• Evaluate production performance and improve quality using operator feedback.

What we are looking for

• 3+ years building and deploying production AI or machine-learning systems.
• Strong Python skills and experience with PyTorch, scikit-learn, or similar frameworks.
• Experience with LLM or agentic systems, including tool use, structured outputs, and orchestration.
• Understanding of TCP/IP, packet structure, flow data, and protocol behavior.
• Ability to ship clean, testable, reliable production code, not only prototypes.
• Experience optimizing inference for constrained hardware, limited memory, or offline operation.
• Strong self-direction and the ability to explain model behavior to non-ML audiences.

• Network-security, intrusion-detection, or anomaly-detection experience.

Own the infrastructure and delivery pipelines that deploy CrunchAtlas into cloud, on-premises, edge, and fully air-gapped environments. The work spans cloud infrastructure, appliance packaging, secure CI/CD, observability, releases, and offline updates.

What you will do

• Build and maintain automated build, test, and deployment pipelines with enforced security gates.
• Develop packaging, update, and configuration-management systems for on-premises and air-gapped deployments.
• Manage AWS infrastructure using infrastructure as code for reliability, security, and cost control.
• Operate containerized services across cloud and lightweight edge runtimes.
• Enforce least privilege, secrets management, artifact signing, and software-supply-chain controls.
• Implement logging, alerting, health monitoring, versioning, releases, and rollback.
• Maintain procedures and tooling for deployments with no external connectivity.

What we are looking for

• 3+ years of DevOps or platform-engineering experience with end-to-end production ownership.
• Strong AWS experience, including EC2, ECS or EKS, S3, VPC, IAM, and CloudWatch.
• Experience with Terraform, CDK, or similar infrastructure-as-code tooling.
• Strong CI/CD experience with GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or an equivalent system.

About the role

Analyze network evidence, assess suspicious behavior, and help turn technical findings into cases operators can act on. You will also test and improve how CrunchAtlas investigates and documents activity across IT and OT environments.

What you will do

• Review network traffic, alerts, enrichment, and related evidence during investigations.
• Document timelines, affected systems, supporting evidence, conclusions, and recommended next steps.
• Validate product findings against realistic threat behavior and incident scenarios.
• Research adversary techniques and translate lessons into investigation and detection improvements.
• Work with engineering to improve case quality, reporting, and analyst workflows.

What we are looking for

• Experience in incident response, threat analysis, network defense, or a closely related discipline.
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP, common protocols, endpoint and network telemetry, and attacker behavior.
